JkH is a Health and Wellbeing coach for one on one clientele and groups.
A certified Personal Trainer also qualified in Boxing, Athletic Lifting, Mat Pilates, Advanced Pre & Post Natal Safe Return to Exercise and Barre. She also loves to train in Advanced Strength, Boxing, Muay Thai, Yoga and distance running.
Her specialty with clientele includes youthful, pain free physical training complimenting athletic performance.
She’s passionate about all things wellbeing and building like minded wellbeing communities. Making sustainable wellbeing as approachable as possible whether at home, travelling or around busy working schedules.
